Powder Tracks Family Lodge and apartment is nestled in the breathtaking Goryu forest in one of the best locations in Hakuba Goryu. Just a short 100m from the Escal Plaza ski lifts and gondola that access hakuba 47 and Goryu ski areas and a short stumble home from Goryu’s Apre spots and Restaurants. It is also located on the main shuttle route for the Hakuba valley so access to all the other resorts is simple and easy. Come and enjoy some of Japans best skiing in a private relaxed family environment.
Lodge Accommodation Overview
The lodge is configured as 3 Spacious Queen bedrooms one with 1 dorm style room for the kids to share that can sleep up to 8 as it has its own TV with apple TV and netflix for the kids , and another twin single room with a common dining/lounge and kitchen area ideal for a couple of familys or a larger group of friends. A common ski and drying room and spacious lounge and bed rooms throughout the building (not normally found in Japan) Catering for family’s, large groups of friends or multiple familys travelling together. We offer direct booking, Air BNB , Tripadviser or you can package your entire holiday with our help and that of Japan Powder.

Amenities
Our home has free wi fi and apple tv and netflix all in english so you can relax and catch a movie or two after that day on the hill. There are several bathrooms, Upstairs there are two bathrooms which have toilets and showers. Downstairs these areas are separate and there is a traditional japanese style hot tub that can hold several people if wanted. It has its own drying room and full laundry facilities upstairs, cappucino machine in the kitchen and a BBQ on the deck.
BEFORE BOOKING – Powder Tracks uses the Uplisting Direct Booking platform connected to the Stripe payment platform. You will be required to pay a booking deposit of 25% at the time of booking. Please review the Terms and Conditions when making your booking
The Bunker
Bunker Overview
The Bunker is a new feature of the lodge catering to smaller groups or larger ones looking for a separate living area It is separated by a two door setup in the lower hallway allowing individual use or combined depending on group size and requirements. It has all the features of the lodge just on a smaller scale.

Amenities
It has two separate bedrooms with traditional tatami flooring in the queen bed and wardrobe and hanging hooks the second bedroom has two singles with the ability to be a queen as well as a double bunk allowing up to 6 people to be accomodated. It has its own Japanese Hot tub and showers. Its own modern self contained kitchen and living area with couch’s TV and wifi. It has its own separate access via an external staircase and entry area if needed. It also boasts its own washing machine / dryer.
The apartment can be rented separately or with large groups together with the lodge to give a separate living area for some separation from the kids.

Cars
- We have a 7 seat 4wd Toyota van that can be hired for the duration of your stay at the lodge and a suburu 5 seater stationwagon for the apartment. The cars are fitted with snow ski racks and snow tires.
- Drivers must be over 25 and have an international drivers licence for Japanese insurance purposes.
